Little Red Bridge

In the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, not far from where I live in Hudson, there's a cool little covered bridge. It's easy to get to if you live in or near northern Ohio.  It's called Everett Road Covered Bridge and crosses Furnace Run if you want to look for it online.  For some reason I only go photograph it in the winter.  I guess the red sides of the bridge against the white snow or or relatively grey sky and background is attractive to me.
In this case my then 7 yr old and I scrambled and slid down the banks of the river and walked (tight-rope style across fallen limbs) to this small little island in the middle of the river.

The water was moving along at a decent clip but was really clear so I couldn't get the silky appearance you might see in waterfalls or places with more spray.  I set the tripod with all three legs mostly in the water and shot three exposures, bracketed in standard HDR style.
